This ad-hoc committee was formed for the specific purpose of determining who the financial responsibility for RHW maintenance falls on: DCCE Master Association (representing all 12 sub-associations including 551 Dorado homeowners), lessee Generation Golf, or a combination of the two. The committee will explore the best way to get the answer to that question, to get Block 50's concerns to the DCCE Master BOD for a response, and ultimately ensure all parties involved are fulfilling their responsibilities.
